Race for Kirinyaga governor post hots up as Waiguru, Ngirici now drag their husbands into battlefield

As the war of words between Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru and Woman Representative Wangui Ngirici intensifies, the two political rivals have dragged their husbands into their political battlefield.
While calling out Ngirici whose husband has been tagging along in her campaigns, Waiguru said that she has a handsome husband, but has never used him to further her political campaigns.
Waiguru told off her competitor Wangui Ngirici to campaign for herself and not bring her husband Andrew Ngirici into their political duel.

Ngirici's husband has constantly campaigned for his wife and does not shy away from doing so all over the county.

Ngirici'Ss husband has however insisted on assisting his wife, Purity Wangui, in her campaigns and ensure that she becomes the third governor of Kirinyaga county in next year's general elections.
