Probe: Police link evening classes boycott to Ofafa Jericho school fire

Initial investigations by police in Buru Buru linked the Monday night fire at Ofafa Jericho High School to evening classes boycott.
In a police statement seen by People Daily Digital, a teacher who was on duty tried to mobilise students to attend evening preps when hell broke loose.
“While mobilising students to attend the evening preps, some defied and remained within the dormitory prompting the teacher on duty to force them out,” the statement read in part.
