Narok Senator Ledama ole Kina has been arrested in Nairobi.
The senator was arrested on Tuesday morning in connection with his remarks before and during Narok's Building Bridges Initiative rally.

His comments to the effect that Narok and Kajiado counties belong to the Maa community and that non-locals should not seek elective positions have been subject to widespread condemnation.
