A woman from Kandara, Murang’a County is seeking justice after people she claims are known kidnapped her and sealed her private parts with super glue.

Esther Wairimu claims about a month ago, she bumped into three strangers who were in a car and they had posed as prospective buyers looking for a parcel of land.

One of them called her asking if they could find a land on sale but as she approached the car, he blew some powder-like substance on her face and she became unconscious.

She allegedly woke up in a dark room where she found two women.

The victim said the two women told her to call the husband and ask for money but they were not patient enough and started harassing her.

The 32-year-old mother of three said she tried pleading with the abductors not to hurt her but they injected her with a drug which got her drowsy after which they allegedly inserted two battery cells in her private parts before sealing it with the glue.

When she regained consciousness she felt something heavy inside her and she was in a lot of pain.

“I felt sharp pain in my private part and I tried passing urine but I couldn’t,” she said.

The abductors later dumped her by the roadside where she was found by the well-wishers who rushed her to Kiambu Hospital but medics were on strike.

She was taken to a private hospital but she could not get medical attention as the management was demanding for Sh5,000 which she did not have at the moment.

“One of the Good Samaritans asked for my husband’s number and they made arrangements on how I would be taken home” she said.

The victim was taken to Maragua Hospital where a surgery was done to remove the battery cells.

After being discharged, she reported the matter at Kabati Police Station but two weeks later no action has been taken on the abductors.
