Moses Kuria opens up over his relationship with DP Ruto

Gatundu South Member of Parliarment Moses Kuria has broken his silence after President Uhuru Kenyatta promised to support one of NASA's princiapls in the 2022 presidential polls.
Chama Cha Kazi (CCK) party leader Moses Kuria has said his party will support Deputy President William Ruto for the country's top seat next year.

"Chama Cha Kazi and UDA are not just members of the Hustler Nation, we are the founders," he said.

He, however, was quick to say CCK and UDA were not affiliated.
"If you go to the Registrar of Political Parties, you'll note that there is no affiliation between CCK and UDA. They are distinct parties, but with same ideology, " he said.
Kuria also maintained that he will not run for any seat next year.
"Running a political party is a full time job. Governments are not formed through Saccos, they are formed by political parties," he added.
He further said parties coming together to form a coalition is the best way to form government citing Jubilee Coalition of 2013.
"In 2013, TNA and URP formed a coalition called Jubilee. We could see there was seamless running of government between 2013 and 2017 unlike what is happening now with Jubilee Party," he said.
