The results sent the team and its supporters into a frenzy filling the ground in jubilation, singing \u2018we have disarmed the police\u2019. After the match Nakuru County Police Commander Beatrice Kiraguri awarded the Boda Boda team with a trophy with a Sh 5,000 cash price for the tournament. She said the purpose of organising such a tournament was to be able to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community.
