Kiambu: Court bars Nyoro from reshuffling CECs
High Court has barred Kiambu Deputy Governor James Nyoro from firing and shuffling county ministers pending determination of a petition filed by a resident.
In the petition by Marion Njeri Njorogo, she claims Nyoro has been acting in violation of his powers.
In his ruling, Employment and Labour Relations judge Onesmus Makau said Nyoro should not violate provisions of Section 32 of the county government Act pending hearing of a case filed by a Kiambu resident.
