Gor Mahia Ghanaian midfielder Jackson Owusu is reportedly stranded at a hotel in Buruburu over unpaid bills amounting to Sh600,000.

He says he is not allowed to leave and the hotel management has confiscated his travel documents.

Owusu says Chairman Ambrose Rachier is in talks with the hotel to clear bills although he has never been to the hotel. The former Asante Kotoko player also reveals he has been in contact with his parents back in Kumasi Ghana but there is nothing much they can do. He says it is because the poor parents actually depend on him for upkeep.

As all this is happening, Gor Mahia players are now in the fifth month without a pay.
