Kenya records 671 new coronavirus cases

Kenya has recorded 671 new cases of coronavirus after 6,200 samples were tested in the past 24 hours, Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe announced on Wednesday.
This now takes the total number of cases in the country to 23,873.
Of the new cases, 633 are Kenyans while 36 are foreigners.
Some 413 of them are males and 258 are females.
Nairobi takes the lion share of the cases at 376 and Kiambu County followed with 112.
"I am glad to announce that 603 patients have recovered. Our total recoveries now stand at 9,930," Kagwe said at Kenyatta University Referral Hospital.
Three more patients died, taking total fatalities in the country to 391.
