Governor relocates to avoid ‘nagging’ voters

They say absolute power corrupts absolutely.
A governor in western Kenya cannot stand “nagging” residents and has scaled up measures to keep them at bay.
The county boss, who has been moving around his county in an ambulance so as not to be recognised by his voters, has now relocated and operates from a neighbouring county.
