Coach Ouna insists Mathare United will not be relegated

Mathare United Head Coach Frank Ouna believes his team will not be relegated at the end of the current season.
Speaking after their 1-2 loss to Kenya Commercial Bank FC on Wednesday at Ruaraka Stadium Ouna said; ''Before the game I wanted to see where we were mentally and I can easily say that we showed the right attitude yesterday.
“KCB is a team fighting to be champions and to push them like we did until the final whistle shows that everyone is improving,” he added.
Ouna who replaced Salim Ali on Tuesday as the slum-boys’ coach has his work cut out but believes he has what it takes to get the job done regardless of the Wednesday blip.
"The League is very much open for us and we are determined to fight. We are not worried because there is an opportunity to change our fortunes. We will take one match at a time from now onwards,” said the former Wazito FC tactician popularly referred to as Furo.
Mathare United are currently bottom of the standings with 7 points.
